Clients must provide accurate, complete, valid, and legally obtained information and documents. We are not responsible for delays, rejection, or failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Approvals, registrations, licenses, certifications, GST, and DSC services may depend on government authorities, certification bodies, or third parties. We do not guarantee approval, issuance, or processing timelines beyond our control.
Project scope, features, pricing, timelines, revisions, maintenance, hosting, domain, and ownership will be based on the agreed quotation or proposal. Additional work may involve extra charges.
Results depend on market conditions, competition, budget, platform algorithms, and other external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, traffic, followers, or revenue unless agreed in writing.
Fees will be communicated through quotations, proposals, or invoices. Advance payment may be required. Government, certification, third party, domain, hosting, and advertising costs may be charged separately unless included in the agreed price.
Refunds depend on the service and its stage. Government, certification, third party, and other incurred costs may be non refundable. Refunds may not be available once work has started, subject to applicable law and agreed terms.
Our website, branding, content, designs, systems, and proprietary materials belong to FinSoft DigiNext Solutions or their respective owners. Ownership of development deliverables will be based on the agreed terms.
Clients must have the necessary rights to all materials they provide.
We take reasonable measures to protect client information. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays, rejections, failures, or interruptions caused by authorities, third parties, technical issues, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You must not use our website unlawfully, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or misuse our content. We may restrict access for violations.
We may update our services and these Terms and Conditions at any time. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable location of FinSoft DigiNext Solutions.
